Spinal Energetics
Spinal Energetics is a powerful modality based on multiple modalities, including a chiropractic technique that assess the spine for unresolved fixations or blocked energy.
This could be unresolved past emotions, memories, stuck energy or trauma’s.
The technique enables the releasing of this energy from the nervous system so that the nervous system is free of tension and has a higher capacity to maintain health and the highest state of physical, mental and emotional equilibrium.
You may experience deep relaxation, small, large, flowing or trauma vibration movements of your body and emotional releases including laughing, repressed anger or crying.
After your treatment it is recommended to be aware of around a 10-14 day integration period.
During this time you may continue to shed old emotions, gain new insights, feel a little more spacey than usual as your nervous system integrates into a higher state of equilibrium.
