I practice from the beautiful Warragul Natural Health in Warragul.

I am Dr. Belle Taylor a doctor of acupuncture, spinal energetics practitioner, remedial massage therapist, reiki practitioner and passionate women’s health educator in the Chinese medicine and wellness industry.

Over the past 12 years I have practiced acupuncture across the sea and around the world. Co-facilitated workshops on women’s empowerment, sexuality, healing birth trauma and teaching the ‘Conscious Birth Method’. I am a mother of 3 beautiful wild boys and educated thousands of people from around the world on the benefits of acupuncture, remedial massage, feminine empowerment, natural birth and Chinese medicine.

In my spare time you will find me at conscious dance, Kirtan, meditating or playing with my 3 beautiful boys on our hobby farm in the foothills of the Dandenong ranges.

I am the co-founder of the Conscious Birth Movement an online birth education course, supporting new mothers to have a positive and empowering birth. Our signature course the Conscious Birth Method simultaneously prepares mothers for a positive empowering birth, whilst also preparing her for the enormous rite of passage and identity transformation that happens when a new family member is born and thus a mother is re-birthing herself.

I am especially passionate about empowering and supporting women during pregnancy and postnatal transformation. Pregnancy, birth and becoming a mother (or a mother again) it is a hugely pivotal right of passage in a woman’s life. When a woman is literally birthing herself as a mother and there are so many choices and changes that are occurring physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I love supporting women through the myriad of transformations happening within her, using a combination of modalities and techniques to best support her individually on her specific journey of becoming.

My treatments are holistic and individualised, using a combination of modalities including acupuncture, spinal energetics, remedial massage, cupping, Chinese herbs (patent formulas), western supplements, nutrition, Chinese dietetics, esoteric acupuncture, reiki, meditation, visualisation and energy techniques to treat the whole patient. Your treatment depends upon what you need in the moment along with working towards your long term health and wellness goals. My patients often say that I have a gentle, calming and nurturing approach to my treatments.

I have a passion for treating all things Women’s Health including menstrual irregularities, PMS, PCOS, as well as providing fertility, pregnancy, natural birth and postpartum support. I also love assisting with stress, emotional issues, sleep problems, digestive issues and providing immune system support as well as treatment for Musculoskeletal issues.

I also love using Classical acupuncture treatment protocols on the eight extraordinary vessels which are conduits of our Yuan Qi, which holds the wisdom of all our ancestors and also the blueprint of our true nature and life’s purpose, these channels can be used for:

  • Physical, psychological and emotional issues that began in childhood (first 7-8 years of life)
  • Obsessions about the past and future and anchoring consciousness in the present moment
  • End of life grief/ regret/ fear emotional processing
  • In the midst of a major life change that feels overwhelming and difficult
  • Issues around achieving ones life purpose, self-worth and self-acceptance

I am also trained in Remedial Massage Therapy and Reiki which gives me a unique approach in addressing your musculoskeletal issues with techniques including myofascial stretching, cupping, Gua Sha, trigger point therapy and electro-acupuncture along with shifting any pent up emotional tension that causes pain when stored in the musculoskeletal system.

I can assist with a wide range of musculoskeletal skeletal issues, such as:

  • Chronic and acute back pain

  • Tendinopathy

  • Post surgery rehabilitation

  • Sciatica

  • Arthritis pain

  • Joint pain

  • Fibromyalgia
