Since the dawn of time man has being seeking the secret to eternal life, the Holy Grail, the ambrosial elixir of immortality. Abundant stories of alchemists turning base metals into gold symbolising the journey of evolving from an ordinary man or woman into a superhuman, a God/ Goddess. The age has heralded that has being long prophesied within the collective consciousness as the ‘Golden Age’, Age of Aquarius, return to a heavenly Earth. A grand resurrection of the ancient wisdom’s that have longeth being hidden within scriptures, architectural masterpieces and relics, formerly accessed by few and truly understood by fewer.
An ancient Egyptian proverb states, “The kingdom of heaven is within you; and whosoever shall know himself shall find it”. Could it be so that the kingdom of heaven, Lemuria ‘Mu’, the Garden of Eden was never ever actually a geographical location? Nay, could it be that these infamous realms of Utopia existence are merely a state of being, a perception of the master who on their journey of seeking pure knowledge and ultimate truth has discovered their own internal heavenly worldview that simultaneously alters the mirror of ‘external reality’…

In our modern scientific age of quantum physics where the collective comprehension of the fractal nature of our cosmos is almost gospel, we constantly observe how microcosm replicates macrocosm in an infinite pattern. Where each tiny part contains the information for the whole, like for example DNA – each individual cell contains the entire DNA for the whole body. The collective consciousness has become ready to once more embody the wisdom that there is no separation between anything in existence. That ultimately we are all actually just one giant all encompassing being and it is a state of mind, a level of consciousness that determines whether we see our selves as small and separate or united and omnipresent. The vibratory frequency of our state of mind depicts the frequency of dimensions that our worldview or perception is anchored within. Thus as we evolve into higher dimensions of perception, our physical senses of touch, taste, sight, smell and listening likewise deepen and develop “extrasensory” sensitivities, these extrasensory senses seem like ‘Superhuman God like gifts’, gifts recognised in prophets and ascended masters… These gifts are in fact our original nature, fullest potential and birthright achievable by all!
Whether someone is living a life feeling blessed and enlightened or suffering in “hell” is dependent on their internal cellular level of ‘Collective Consciousness’ the vibrational frequency of the majority of cells. Some cells are resonating at a high frequency and are awakened to the consciousness of functioning symbiotically with the rest of the cells in the body, they are aware of being a part of the whole. Other cells have a lower/ denser frequency, which vibrates a scarcity state of consciousness, which means they behave in a way, which is actually detrimental to the survival and flourishing of all the other cells in the body. A cancerous cell is a perfect example of a scarcity consciousness cell, which instead of working symbiotically with the rest of the bodies systems, it instead replicates out of control and greedily hoards vital resources of nutrients, blood and oxygen to the detriment of all other cells and the entire human being.
Each cell is conscious, each person is conscious, some are functioning at a level of super consciousness and thus behaving for the greater good of the collective of all the body/ Earth. Others are just functioning at a level of consciousness for themselves. The percentage of cells/ people functioning in a particular dimension of consciousness, determines the current frequency of the ‘Collective Consciousness’ and thus the dimension of ‘reality’ that the collective perceives.
The ‘Hundredth Monkey Effect’ describes, once a critical mass reaches a particular level of thought/ frequency of consciousness, the rest are naturally simultaneously anchored into that frequency, this is what we are now experiencing in the return of a Paradise on Earth.
The most vital factor is… YOU.
You are the only being that can make choices which either raise your cellular frequency and enable you to perceive the world and experience your life from a superhuman God like state of being or you are the one who makes choices to keep your mind, body and spirit anchored within a hell on Earth.
No one else actually exists, everything outside of you is but a mirror of your internal state of being. You are your mother, your father and all that’s in between. You are responsible for the level and growth of YOUR evolutionary perception.
The journey is an eternal transcendence, creating a heavenly realm within every single one of the 50 trillion cells that live within your bodies’ kingdom.
Each day old cells are dying and 100 billion new cells are birthed within the vibrational frequency you are presently sustaining.
Maintaining a consistently high cellular vibration means your mind, body and soul is on an inevitable spiral upwards towards higher states of conscious evolution and expanded world view
How to maintain a high cellular vibration every day:
– Eating ‘LIFE FORCE’/ ALIVE FOODS that continue living within your biochemistry. (Dead foods activate immune responses and inflammation within your body. ie AVOID packet food, refined, processed, over consumption of meat, white sugar, Genetically modified organisms, pesticide and herbicide sprayed produce.)
– Eat MOSTLY Organic local farmers markets or homegrown fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, seaweed, herbs, spices.
– Drink and bathe in PURE Water! (As much as possible!!) Collect fresh ALIVE rain or mountain water or filter tap water. Water is filled with Life Force when consumed and absorbed in its natural state. ie flowing springs, rivers, ocean, rain. Water purifies as it changes form. Water that travels long miles through old asbestos pipes and is treated with chemicals is sick water (we are 70%-90% water).
– Activate your Parasympathetic nervous system (opposite to Sympathetic; fight and flight/ adrenal work work work mode) through meditation, yoga, joyful exercise, rest, play, dance, loving connections and family time.
– Spend time absorbing LIFE FORCE from nature, walk in nature, soak up the suns rays upon your skin, breathe fresh pure Oxygen, spend time gardening, cleanse your crystals or collect rocks, seashells, feathers and driftwood.
Remember, your cells are praying to you, you are their highest consciousness. Once a higher percentage of cells are awakened than are not this is when your body has reached its ‘critical mass’ there is no turning back to hell from this point! The growth, evolution, synchronicity and self love gets better and better every single day.
There is NO LIMIT to how good life can be for you, how blessed you can be and how much you truly deserve to enjoy this beautiful life!!
